Job Description

  • Prepare presentation slides, spreadsheet calculations and correspondence. Set up database. Assist senior staff in business and financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Having Bachelor’s Degree in , Computer Science, Legal, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Management from reputable local universities

Job Description

  • Supervise several pension funds with defined contribution and defined benefit policy. Prepare their investment strategies. Implement Good Pension Fund Governance.
  • Manage capital of the financial holding company to fulfill the regulatory minimum requirements. Do capital allocation and capital raising strategy (debt and equity raising, dividend reinvestment plan, debt to equity swap)

Requirements

  • Having Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Financial Management from reputable local or overseas university
  • Having knowledge in pension funds, corporate finance, investment management, capital restructuring

Provide top management of holding company with financial advisory, business analysis, capital restructuring, financial modeling, business valuations and investment analysis. Analyze the business/ financial proposals to meet specific needs.

Requirements
